- Advice on the protection of copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, layout designs of integrated circuits, patents, domain names, trade secrets and know how, as well as conducting local and international registration of IP
- Enforcement of IP rights through the courts, mediation and negotiation including passing off actions, obtaining Trade Description Orders and conducting domain name dispute resolution proceedings
- Advising clients and drafting the relevant documentation in relation to IP and their employees and contractors, inclusive of the ownership of IP, confidentiality, non-competition and trade secrets
- Drafting and negotiating all agreements relating to the assignment, transfer and licensing of IP, technology transfer, franchising, distribution, manufacturing and supply arrangements
- Conducting IP due diligence and advising clients on Intellectual Asset Management strategies
