- Drafting all agreements, terms and conditions and policies pertaining to subscription to and use of various electronic financial services including internet banking, mobile banking, on-line securities trading, e-procurement, payment services
- Advising clients on compliance with existing legislative provisions (e.g. Banking and Financial Institutions Act) as well as the applicable guidelines and regulations issued by the relevant industry regulator (e.g. Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia)
- Advice on the Digital Signature Act, E-Commerce Act, Payment Systems Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act and other technology related legislation and regulations
- Drafting and negotiating all agreements relating to the procurement of systems, software and services necessary for the provision of the electronic financial services, inclusive of portal development, hosting, content provisioning, support, e-fulfilment, encryption and user authentication
